Pai Gow Poker is a traditional Asian game played with tiles resembling dominoes and the Americans adopted it to give online players a chance to experience its unique player attraction. When your two-card hand has higher cards, you lose automatically as it will be a foul. The basic rule is that the five-card hand follows traditional poker rules, while the two-card hand holds the highs and pairs. At all times you want two winning hands against the dealer.
